Architectural Assistant, Exeter £20K – £30K + DOE
Exciting opportunity for an Architectural Assistant or junior Technician to join a high end Interior’s consultancy based in a beautiful location, just outside Exeter.
Specialising in luxury residential projects throughout South Devon, South Hams and Cornwall. Ideally you will have at least a years in practice UK based experience, and have good technical skills to work alongside the interior designer and draw architectural interior drawings.
This is a perfect opportunity for an Architectural Assistant with an interest in interiors, to join a family run company working on some luxurious projects across stunning locations in Devon and Cornwall.

Responsibilities
Working alongside the Interior designer delivering quality interior design drawings
Concept design development, technical package production and implantation through to onsite experience and post completion review
Selling and representing the company to the client base and industry
Exceptional design, presentation and technical skills
Strong experience gained within the UK
Worked in within high end residential would be an advantage
AutoCAD experience preferred but not essential
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small high end consultancy working on prestigious projects locally
