Architectural Technologist
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £45000/annum
A highly successful Architectural practice requires an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their team in Kent.
This company have forged an outstanding reputation for delivering innovative and imaginative high-end projects from inception through to completion within a variety of sectors. Current projects include multi-unit Residential schemes for developers, Commercial offices, Education facilities, Industrial and Retail schemes as well as notable Healthcare projects.
The ideal Architectural Technologist will come with drive and determination to really excel in their career and demonstrable experience of operating within the UK Architecture industry. Both AutoCAD and Revit are utilised at the practice and so proficiency with these software packages and familiarity with BIM would be highly desirable. You will also need to be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Architectural Technologist Requirements:
Relevant Architectural qualification
Min 5 years UK Architectural industry experience
Thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations as well as architectural detailing, construction technologies and sustainable design solutions
Proficiency with AutoCAD & Revit
Understanding of BIM
Good communication skills are essential. Both Written and verbal.
Full UK Driving License – ideal
