Are you a talented Architect with a passion for delivering exceptional High End residential projects? Our client, a bespoke Chartered Architectural Practice, is currently seeking a Project Architect to join their team located near Wakefield.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for an up-and-coming Practice, with a reputation for excellence and innovative design. The successful candidate will take on a client-facing role, leading projects from initial concept through to completion. You will have a creative flair and a thorough knowledge of the technical aspects of the job, with experience working in the residential sector.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Architect:

Leading the design of residential projects, from initial concept through to completion
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard
Liaising with clients, consultants and contractors
Preparing and submitting planning applications
Preparing detailed drawings and specifications
Site visits and project management
Very good understanding of construction detailing for building control approvals.

Key Requirements:

ARB / RIBA qualified Project Architect.
Minimum 2-5 years' experience working within the residential sector
Experience leading projects from concept through to completion
Professional, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
Experience using software such as AutoCAD, REVIT, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and talented Architect to join a dynamic and successful team. The salary on offer is between £35,000 – £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, with an excellent benefits package including generous holiday allowance and company pension scheme.
