Salary : £32000 – £40000/annum

We are working with a high-end interior design company based in Shepherds Bush. They are looking for a strong Accounts Administrator who can start immediately.

The ideal candidate will have strong Customer Service, Communication, and organisation skills with an excellent attention to detail.

JOB ROLE: Accounts Administrator

JOB TYPE: Full time

HOURS: Monday- Friday

9am-6.30pm

SALARY: £32,000 – £40,000

LOCATION: Shepherds Bush, London

DUTIES:

HR:

Maintain and update administrative and personnel databases and other HR correspondence
Visa Applications for Travel and prospective foreign employees
Manage, assist, and support in human resources functions
Manage, record, and maintain employee leave time records (holiday, sick leave, etc)
Prepare and maintain record of various reports as needed in day-to-day administrative tasks (Census, etc)
Payroll (Imputing & Submitting staff records to HR department & liaising with NA Associates)
Ensure staff and personnel's morale runs high at all times
Assisting with recruitment
Induction of New employees
Assisting with Staff Appraisals
Acting as administrator for benefits (pension, dental & health care plans)

Accounts:

Manage and allocate funds for office expenditure
Maintaining all HR databases
Design & Reimbursable invoices to be sent to clients (original & electronic copy)
Liaising with accounts department
Petty Cash
General Expenses
Bank Expenses (reports, statements, etc)
Barclay Card Expenses
Sending out statements as client payment reminders
Setting up new project folders
Billing & AR Reports
Payment Confirmations sent to all suppliers, contractors, etc

PA (to CEO):

Assisting with managing Diary
Assisting with Travel
Assisting with limited personal arrangements

Facilities:

Maintenance and upkeep of the internal and external office structure, such as office furniture, electrical appliances, office building, overall safety, ensuring that all of these are in working order (Maintenance / Cleaning Company / Photocopiers / Fax Machines / Phones / Internet / IT / Insurance /Water/Electricity/Gas)
Maintain Stationery, inventory (comp slips, stickers, folders, presentation boxes, etc)
Liaising with all suppliers (e.g. cleaners, maintenance, recycling, etc)
Organise meetings, conference calls, gatherings, events & parties

IT:

Setting up new employees as part of their induction with IT service

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

Experience working as an account's assistant
Excellent telephone manor
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication and organisation skills
Good Excel experience
