Hours: 5 days (across Monday – Saturday, as you will work 1 in 2 Saturdays)

The Opportunity
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are excited to be working with an award-winning independent designer of luxury high-end bathrooms to recruit a service and design focused Bathroom Sales Designer into their expanding Oxfordshire based team.
The role of Bathroom Sales Designer will be a very varied and enjoyable position working with high end clients to create luxury bathrooms within their boutique showroom (appointment only) and also manage the entire process from initial contact to completion.
The successful candidate will be very organised with great attention to detail and have a passion for interior design, but also really driven and willing to be flexible with additional business duties to ensure the smooth running and exceptional service to their clients. Our client is very value led and pride themselves on the quality of service they offer, so it is important the successful candidate shares these values.
This role is an amazing opportunity for a candidate who has a genuine interest in ultra high-end bathroom design and looking for a role where they can really see the fruits of their hard work and really want to learn, grow and develop their specialist work.
The Company
Our client are an award-winning independent provider of luxury bathrooms with a boutique showroom just outside Oxford. The director and founder has won awards for their designs and leads a small team who are all passionate about creating truly special spaces for their growing client list.
The successful Bathroom Sales Designer will work closely with the founder and wider team to create truly special bathrooms.
In exchange for your hard work, you will be rewarded with a strong basic salary and generous commission scheme, but also an ongoing training development plan to enable you to constantly grow as a designer.
Requirements
* Experience of designing bathrooms
* Customer focused with a real passion to really understand every customer to be able to create truly amazing designs
* Flexible and willing to go above and beyond to ensure successful completion of each project
* Strong communication skills via phone, virtually and face to face
* Full UK driving license with own car
* Strong CAD skills with the willingness to learn new software
