Architectural Technician with a strong Residential background required to join a busy Design & PLanning consultancy in Manchester.
Our client are a leading, specialist consultancy in Manchester. They are looking to recruit an Architectural Technician to join their team in either a mid-level or Senior role. They primarily work on projects within the Residential sector.
In order to attract the best staff they have a very welcoming culture and can offer an excellent support network for new hires to really thrive and fulfil their potential.
Requirements of the Architectural Technician include:
· AutoCAD & Revit experience
· Excellent communication skills: Verbal, written & presentation.
· Strong design and drawing abilities
· Experienced in Residential projects. Commercial-sector background will also be considered Commercial projects
· Ability to produce full technical & construction drawing packages
· Good understanding of the Building Regulations
