We are working with a leading British luxury design and manufacturing organisation with a historic legacy of beautiful designs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis. Working with the Group Marketing and Digital Director, you will lead a developing team of 7 and be responsible for driving an effective digital strategy to ensure the business evolves and thrives. Managing the digital marketing team, you will use the full range of digital marketing tools to develop, implement, track and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across all channels (including web, social, email and paid social), partnering strongly with brand and content leads; inspiring people – to do more with our brands – more often.

Setting the strategic direction of digital marketing for the group, you will ensure our digital ambition is grounded in our commercial and customer strategy. With a key focus on growth, you will ensure we have a strong performing portfolio of customer centric digital marketing capabilities, which engage and inspire customers, and drive sales for the portfolio of British luxury consumer interior brands. You will be working on brands with various routes to market including trade, retail partnerships and D2C and manage the agency partners.

Responsibilities:

Work together with key stakeholders within Marketing (Brand) and Digital (Tech) plus across the business including the commercial, design and merchandising teams to achieve the strategic and commercial growth ambition.

Manage the ongoing implementation of HubSpot to drive new customer leads through targeted content marketing
Deliver a first-class multi-channel digital marketing experience with customer centricity as a focal point
Manage a team of channel specialists to ensure best-in-class execution across all channels
Drive innovation at a channel level to ensure learnings are put in place
Collaborate with the relevant Heads of brands and commercial to deliver on group KPIs
Ongoing optimisation of digital marketing activity to ensure best practice and other learnings are systematically gathered and implemented
Work closely with the media agency that manages paid social, digital partnerships and press
Provide effective brand story telling across the full digital marketing mix to attract and retain customers
Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Improve digital campaigns and ensure the business is staying ahead with innovations in the market across all digital platforms – web, mobile, organic social, email, and paid social
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals
Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Work with Brand managers on developing content plans that drive commercial growth
Apply a commercial lens to all digital initiatives
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies – provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Coach and up-skill juniors within the team: develop direct reports to drive a high performing team

Skills & Experience:

Immediate start required
Marketing or Business degree and/or equivalent
CIM qualified (desirable not essential)
Strong Line management experience
HubSpot experience beneficial
Proven working experience in digital marketing strategy, CRM and other owned channels and transformation leadership
Strong experience in content marketing, organic social and influencers
Experience managing external agencies
Strong project management experience
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Experience in optimising customer journey and user funnels
Solid knowledge of website/social analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Good analytical skills and data-driven thinking
