An established property consultancy is seeking an experienced RIBA Chartered Architect to support their senior team in delivering projects ranging from £50k to £1m.
As a Senior Architect with this firm you'll be working on a range of projects from their initial feasibility and planning stages, all the way through to delivery, using your skills and expertise to manage construction and advise on remedial work when necessary. This client-facing role offers great potential for career progression and growth within the company.
We're looking for a Senior Architect who can clearly demonstrate extensive UK industry experience. It would be highly desirable to have experience specifically in the Education and Heritage sectors, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD & NBS. Knowledge of BIM/Revit is an advantage, but not essential.
In return, a highly competitive salary is on offer to the successful Senior Architect, likely in the range of £40-£45k, along with excellent benefits including:
