I am currently working with a Building Consultancy who specialise in property and asset management, building consultancy and project management, lease advisory, valuation, and strategic and expert witness reports.
My client is looking for an architectural technician to join their team. The job will be working on care homes so commercial and residential experience will be perfect. The client is looking for someone who has a solid understanding of using Revitt.
The client is offering a competitive salary it is a permanent role with hybrid working, the client is also flexible with the workload being in the Warrington area. There will be a large workload and lots to do for the selected candidate.
