Senior Architectural Technician
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £40000 – £45000/annum
Eden Brown are working in partnership with an award-winning architectural practice looking for a Senior Architectural Technician.
Our client have an excellent reputation for creating inspirational and deliverable development projects for both private and public sector clients throughout the north of England and the Midlands.
You would be the sole technician within a team of four architects, so it may suit someone who is quietly confident in their abilities, rather than someone used to working in a team of technicians. For this reason, a highly technical architect could also suit this role as well.
This role will suit someone enjoys working on commercial projects, such as hotels, sports centres, medical centres.
The successful candidate:
* 8+years post qualification experience (ideally in a UK practice.
* Extensive commercial experience or possibly retail with transferable skills.
* The ability to deliver excellent quality technical outputs to tight deadlines.
* The ability to manage a project and client or to work with our architects to do so,
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing company and project needs.
* Ability to multi-task.
Other requirements:
* BIM – Revit essential.
* Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop essential and InDesign preferred).
* Microsoft Office.
* AutoCAD.
* Full UK driving license plus access to a car.
The position is primarily office based but once the candidate is fully settled, our client will offer support to staff that require a hybrid of office and home working.
Salary 40-45k per annum, dependent on level of experience.
