As a Senior Design Architect with front end design skills, you will play a crucial role in shaping architectural projects from inception to completion. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, and designers, you will contribute your expertise in creating exceptional designs that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional, sustainable, and forward-thinking.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design process, from conceptualization to detailed design development, ensuring adherence to project requirements and timelines.
Employ a user-centered design approach to create innovative architectural solutions that meet client expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate engineering principles into the design process, ensuring structural integrity and technical feasibility.
Conduct thorough research and analysis of site conditions, regulatory requirements, and environmental considerations to inform design decisions.
Produce high-quality architectural drawings, renderings, and visualisations using industry-standard software and tools.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architectural design, and apply them to enhance project outcomes.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.To be considered:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable university in Europe, US or Canada
A minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design with life cycle experience
Demonstrated proficiency in front end design skills, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually stunning and functional designs.
Strong expertise in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent understanding of sustainable design principles and the ability to integrate them into architectural projects.
Proven experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with external consultants and contractors.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas effectively.This is an excellent opportunity to work on prestigious, award-winning projects that shape the skyline of Dubai. Middle East experience is not required to be considered
