As an Architectural Technologist you will join an experienced and growing Architectural team in Leicester and will be involved in projects that are rich and diverse, covering a range of building types and sectors. Projects include education buildings, technical facilities, hotels, leisure, workplace and private one-off commissions.

Architectural Technologist Requirements:
Relevant degree level qualification
Demonstrable UK industry experience
Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Strong technical design ability
Revit proficiency is essential
BIM Management Dynamo Grasshopper is desirable
Visualisation experience in Enscape Lumion and Rhino experience is beneficial
Ability to express ideas effectively, orally, graphically and in writing
Willingness to learn and develop

Salary offered is likely to fall between £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience, plus:
