Workplace Interior Designer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £50000 – £60000/annum
Your role as Project Designer is to work alongside the Head of Design to pitch and win workplace projects and support Senior Designers with creative design solutions and delivery of projects.
The Senior Designer is tasked with pitching and winning work in a competitive environment and the role of the Project Designer is to provide support throughout projects from start to completions, working together with the Project team.
Key Accountabilities:
Working on several projects at any one time
Creating tests, boards and presentation material
Space planning, specifying materials and attending site meetings
Assisting the Design team as required
Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal team members
Acting as a conduit between the Head of Design and the client
Skills & Experience:
Strong aesthetic, good eye for design and detail
Experience of working for a D&B fit-out company or Design Consultancy
Proven track record of building relationships and interpreting client needs, often in the moment
Proficient users of AutoCAD and experience of producing detailed technical drawing packages
Good 3D visualisation skills (SketchUp)
Excellent time management and communication skills
Ability to design to a budget
Photoshop to presentation standards as well

Extremely well organised and efficient
Used to working independently and happy to be in a supporting role, but at the same time have the ability to challenge, question, push back and take ownership
Passion for all aspects of art, design and trends
Driven, creative, team player, outgoing, self-starter, great work ethic
