9AM-5PM | Monday – Friday
£11.54 per hour| Temporary to Permanent (After 12 successful weeks)
My client based in Wellingborough are looking for an Artwork Assistant to join their ever growing and vibrant team. You will be working closely with a variety of departments including the Artwork, Administration and the Factory teams to ensure all of the companies processes are being adhered to.
What your day to day will look like as an Artwork Assistant:
Create artwork paper proofs and visuals quickly and to a high standard, following any brand guidelines or requests from our customers.
Use our back-office system for order administration within the artwork process, following all processes correctly.
Liaise with customers via email and telephone regarding their orders and artwork, always giving exceptional customer service.
Liaise with suppliers via email and telephone regarding purchase orders.
Work as a team with all office and factory staff, communicating necessary information, issues or requests clearly.
Report any concerns, issues or complaints to your Line Manager immediately to avoid any delays in resolving.Skills Required:
Knowledge of using Illustrator and Photoshop is essential.
Good attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills.
Confident to communicate with customers and suppliers at all levels.
Polite telephone manner.
Enthusiastic about working as part of a team.
