Design led Employment Engagement Executive
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £28000 – £35000/annum
I am now supporting on a very niche, creative, recruitment piece for a Design led Employee Engagement Executive.
Based in Enfield, you will be working in the People team, reporting into the People Director you will be supporting all areas of the organisation working with/creating the communications between the company and employees. You will be assisting in creating and delivering strategies to support retention, communication, and employee engagement objectives.
Experience is not needed in a current Employee Engagement role/Learning & development or HR. We are looking for a creative / design background, with experience creating the following;
Posters, Blogs/Stories, Social Media, Leaflets, Presentations and creating events.
Just to clarify, this is not just a back-office role, you will be liaising with many people including Heads of and all employees as you will be involved in championing activities and initiatives including forums, committees, employee briefing, wellbeing and engagement related events and initiatives.
If you bring the design/creative element, experience on Canva or a similar design platform, the Employee Engagement can be trained, there is a lot of support for you and development in the team you will be joining. This is your opportunity to develop your existing creative background and own this role!
