Business Analyst – Fantasy Gaming / Niche Goods (Hybrid – 2/3 days a week in office)

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a quirky business within the fantasy gaming industry.
They have a huge following, global presence and are well known for manufacturing and selling their own niche products.
They are now looking at bringing in an enthusiastic Business Analyst to support their business change and technology function and bring new ideas to the table.
Key Skills and Experience
Experience working on continuous improvement projects – with large focus on end-users
Skilled with drafting documentation (processes, data models, wireframes, data flows, etc)
Experience working with stakeholders of different levels (Up to C-suite)
Business requirements process mapping (“As-Is” and “To-Be”)
Knowledge and in depth understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Use of business tools (Azure DevOps / Jira / Confluence)
Retail / FMCG / Consumer Goods experience (desirable)
