Due to continued growth and expansion an exciting Creative Director role has become available. You will work as part of the senior leadership team and be the creative face of the company. You'll meet clients, oversee multiple projects and client brands being responsible for managing and conceptualising the creative output of the studio, steer the creative vision of the agency and manage the production and develop a very enthusiastic and vibrant design team.

What's involved for the Creative Director…

Lead / Manage / develop creative design team of 5 reporting into you.
Produce winning high-level concepts across brand, tech, video and integrated campaigns
Lead the creative pitches
Meet with clients and advise on suitable creative solutions both on and offline.
Fully understand client challenges and offer viable strategic and creative solutions
Accountable for managing our clients' brands effectively.
Be the creative face of the business
Ability to write engaging, creative campaign content, value propositions and strap lines
Build strong relationships with clients
Lead, innovate and excite around creative approach and direction
Setting the standard and ensuring quality control of studio output
Quoting estimating, & workload planning
Lead creative presentations and facilitate workshops
Be part of the senior leadership team shaping the growth and direction of the agencyWhat you'll need…

Proven creative lead on UI / UX, brand, campaign and general design projects.
Innovative, inquisitive, imaginative and creative nature
A clear eye for detail and conciseness
Ability to juggle several projects at once.
Ability to win creative pitches.
Ability to manage the creative team and ensure projects are always delivered to design brief, to our highest standard and to agreed deadlines
Inspire and motivate the creative output of the team, encouraging collaboration.
Digitally savvy and always looking ahead with a keen eye on creative trends.
Ability to get a deep understanding of client briefs, absorbing information and being able to communicate it articulately.
To be dynamic and full of ideas
A clear and concise writing style.
Ability to solve complex design and communication issues
