Demonstrating the quality of work our machines can produce, is vital in the overall sale process.

Therefore, you'll hold a key role in our business, being a critical component in convincing clients our printers are truly the best on the market.

We will be looking to train and develop you over your first 9-12 months with us, until you are fully comfortable with the customer training element of your role.

This is a hands-on role, operating printers, utilising customer data, producing high-quality samples, and performing product demonstrations for customers. Many of our clients are providers of print services, each in turn with their own portfolio of high-end business clients.

Based out of our Bracknell demonstration centre, your duties & accountabilities will include:

· Creating new print samples to demonstrate our technology's unique capabilities.
· Leading product demonstrations with our sales team
· Testing new materials and applications for our customers
· Being creative with the type of artwork materials you can produce.
· Showcasing our machines' capabilities, efficiencies, quality, and speed.
· Print data transfer, preparation, and handling.
· Supporting our R&D Team by testing new software features.
· Onsite training and application support for customers.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Artworker, Creative Artworker, Print Solutions Specialist, Graphic Designer, Packaging Artworker, Digital Artworker, Junior Artworker, Senior Artworker

You will have the following characteristics & experiences:

· Advanced industry knowledge of pre-press, and Adobe Creative Applications (essential).
· Experienced with large format printing (desirable).
· Familiar with Mac OSX (desirable).
· Methodical.
· Dedicated to attention to detail, and high-quality.
· Willing to travel in the UK, but also to Europe for training.
· Keen to take responsibility and initiative.
· A valid UK driver's license (desirable)
· Highly collaborative, and a strong communicator who is skilful at interacting with customers.
· An engaging personality.
