Architectural REVIT Technician

Salary : £35000 – £40000/annum Car allowance
Experienced Architectural REVIT Technician required to join a premium five Star House Builder to be based from their head quarters in Doncaster.
Our client are an established Home Builder with 20 current developments across the Yorkshire and Midlands regions, they pride themselves on offering exceptional design with every individual unit unique in its build and outstanding attention to the detail.
They are now looking for an experienced Architectural REVIT Technician to join their growing in house design team, their specialist multi-disciplinary division consists of fellow Architectural Technicians and Designers and incorporates established team of Engineers and Land Acquisition professionals.
The position currently available is for a Revit Technician who will be part of their inhouse house type team working under a lead Revit Technician. Essentially the role will be producing/maintaining house type working drawings, procuring 3rd party designs for integration into the Revit model.

The role is a purely Revit based position and as such the successful candidate must be proficient in modelling in Revit.
The successful candidate should have experience in using well-structured template files to create federated architectural Revit models coordinating 3rd party designs and in-house elements..
The successful candidate should have experience in Revit schedules.
Architectural parametric family creation is a benefit but not essential.
Dynamo for Revit is a benefit but not essential.
Experience in modelling electrical, mechanical, and structural Revit is a benefit but not essential.
Degree qualified Architectural Technologist or HNC / HND Qualified Technician
Architectural background within either an Architects Practice or house builder / developer
Previous experience within the Residential sector.
Salary £35,000 – £40,000 per annum + annual car allowance of £6300 + fuel card, outstanding bonus scheme (up to 20% of salary, performance related) 26 days holiday, Generous employer pension scheme.
