Revit Technician

Are you a Revit Technician looking for a new challenge within a well established, busy multi-disciplined design agency? The company are based near Colchester and specialise in interior design, space planning, surveying, branding and concept design. Working from a client briefs you will work on your own or within a small team on both large and small projects for some of the best known brands in the UK.
What's on offer:
Salary depending on level of experience.
Hours 8.30am – 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am – 4.30pm Friday with ½ hour lunch.
20 days holiday plus bank holidays increasing to 25 days with service.

Working within a team of Revit Technicians on Large and Small projects
Utilise Revit software to produce existing and proposed 3D models
Producing survey drawings, detailed design and construction drawings to a high standard within tight deadlines.
Supporting the rest of the architectural and design teams
Solve technical problems and advise the team on technical issues Skills & Experience Required:
Experience in job running, technical detailing, construction detailing in Revit is preferred .
Experience using Revit
Ability to create Revit families preferred
Experience of working on Large BIM Level 2 projects would be desirable.
Experience in modelling from PointClouds
Personable with good communication skills and a high level of spoken and written English
Able to work on initiative with a consultative approach
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
Must have own transport
