Summary of role

Overseeing juniors, offering advice, and supporting on delivery of work
Experience and understanding of our creative industry.
Bursting with creativity and original ideas
4 years of digital design experience and a portfolio of stunning work, covering print, digital – app, web, email, and more.
Strong typographic skills, beautiful design aesthetic, and an eye for detail.
Conscientious and hard-working, showing great enthusiasm to learn and offering support to the team.
Collaborative team player, able to get stuck in when things get busy.
Proficient across the Adobe CC suite (including XD) and Sketch.
Capable of multitasking and switching your attention from client to client.
Ensuring visual impact in everything you do, using both templated and bespoke layouts.
Actively involved in client and internal presentations, with support from more senior team members when needed.
Ability to adapt design content across digital display platforms and formats.
Willing to get stuck in and involved when pitching for new business.
Ability to adapt and explore different approaches and styles without being too precious. Being a good Midweight Designer

Confidence in using the following software to a high level – Adobe suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Xd, Sketch, PowerPoint and PDF creation/amendment. Benefits
