Job Description:
To work as part of a team on both UK and international projects from concept through to completion across all project phases
Confident in working on multiple projects concurrently.
The ability to understand and work to prescribed or suggested project budgets
Create CAD technical drawing packages of Plans, Elevations, Sections, Small Power, Lighting, RCP’s, Floor and Walls finishes.
Create joinery drawing packages for design intent, client presentation and tender.
Create detailed bathroom drawings, tile setting out and specification of all sanitaryware, cabinetry, brassware, and accessories for construction.
Create detailed internal architectural drawings of features, bespoke installations, and all other internal elements like staircases, ceiling coffers, wall panelling and alike for construction
Create schedules for the above‐mentioned designs and drawings
Researching and creating presentations and look / mood / feel sample boards for all interior architectural fixtures and finishes.
Tender out, source and procure bespoke cabinetry and FF&E items
The ability to confidently lead client and contractor / consultant meetings within the studio or on site
Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure the design is executed successfully on site, to the specification required
Quality control of finishes
Coordination of all orders through to on‐site installation and hand‐over.
Keeping up to date with new developments and design trends in the design industry
Person Specification:
Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture is essential
4+ years post‐graduate experience in luxury residential design
Full proficiency in Microsoft office, AutoCad and Adobe Suites. Sketchup / hand sketching a bonus
Technical drawing skills are essential
Independent attitude, can hit the ground running
Experience, energy & enthusiasm in project monitoring from concept to completion
Excellent knowledge of bespoke cabinetry, bathroom and FF&E finishes, sourcing, specifying, drawing and procurement
A strong technical understanding of the full design process
Financial understanding of project costs and budget awareness
Ability work from concept to completion on your own or as part of a team
Ability to lead projects with the backup of Directors
Natural ability for problem solving, thinking on your feet but being commercially minded.
Solid on‐site and construction phase experience
Exceptional attention to detail
Positive outlook and a great work ethic
Capable of working in a pressured environment with the ability to work to deadlines
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and presentable
A full, clean driving licence for site visits is a must

Based in Weybridge
Full time – 37.5 hours a week
9am – 5:30pm
