Our client is a building construction company based in Chiswick, West London, and has operated throughout London and the southeast of England for over 40 years, focusing on the delivery of small to medium sized alteration, refurbishment and new-build projects to circa £30M.
Role Highlights
Lead the Design Process: As their Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the design process from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure the smooth integration of design concepts into their construction projects.
Foster Collaboration: Their team-oriented culture is built on collaboration and shared goals. As a Design Manager, you will foster an environment of collaboration and teamwork, encouraging open communication and cross-functional engagement among various stakeholders.
