£Dependant On Experience + 21 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Pension + Bonus

Hours Of Work: 8:30am to 5:00pm

Our client is a leading signage, graphics and branding specialist who specialises in creating graphics for events and exhibitions. They are a small but passionate team and ensure that every graphic they print receives meticulous attention to detail and high quality finishing.

They are currently looking to recruit a talented Artworker / Midweight Designer to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality design solutions for a range of projects, you will need to be able to work with both 2D and 3D design tools to create visual concepts, designs and layouts that meet clients' needs.

Previous experience within the large format sector/ a background in events and exhibitions would be of an advantage

The role will be 60% Artworking 40% Design (Including some basic 3D knowledge)

Responsibilities / Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Basic 3D skills, including experience with SketchUp or Cinema4D
Create and deliver design solutions that meet the briefs provided by clients, ensuring that all designs are of high quality, accurate, and on-brand.
Work closely with the design team, project managers, production and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and to a high standard as well as communicating effectively with the above to ensure that all requirements are understood and delivered.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
Stay up to date with design trends and best practices and bring new ideas and approaches to the team.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate, error-free work.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
At least 2 years of experience working in a design-related role
Bachelor's degree in design, art (or similar)
