My client are an Exhibition and Design company who have a busy in-house graphics department and are looking for an experienced CAD Designer / Artworker to join their team.
The successful candidate will need to be able to read drawings, set up artwork ready to print which will mean the candidate will need to be able to use the full Adobe suite and CAD to their maximum potential.
They produce their own 3D LED back lit logos for stands and utilise a whole range of media on their exhibition stands. The candidate would need to run the department from top to bottom and be hands on in terms of production and onsite application.
* Creating new concepts for exhibition stands from a client brief
* Working closely with designers, producing CAD designs for our clients’ projects and contractors.
* Regularly communicating with contractors and suppliers.
* Producing working drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD or sketchup.
* Work to tight deadlines and communicate updates to all involved parties.
* Accurately managing and updating client’s folders with real-time projects using our server.
* Creating and altering large format graphics when required.
* Sending off artwork files to the printers and making sure they arrive on time.
