Salary : £40000 – £45000/annum
A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Reading are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to manage their team in a highly rewarding role.

As the Senior Architect you will be responsible for the delivery of projects within the Residential, Masterplanning, Education and Commercial sectors.
Senior Architect Requirements:
ARB/RIBA chartered Architect
Demonstrable extensive post-qualification UK industry experience
Design & technical leadership qualities
Strong design and technical detailing skills – Revit experience would be beneficial
Ability to express ideas effectively, orally, graphically and in writing
Experience in preparing technical drawings packages and specifications
Able to provide a practical and methodical approach to solving problems, working to fixed budgets and working within deadlines
Experience managing planning applications & Building Regulations
Knowledge of UK best practice standards
