Content Writer– Sawston, Cambridge– 30k – 35k – Hybrid
My client is a publishing house who create market-leading magazines in the imaging and lifestyle sectors. They are also a full-service creative agency that works with local and global clients.
They are looking for a talented marketing content writer to join their editorial team. You will primarily be working on a global commercial account, writing long-form, interview based B2C blog content for an internationally renowned photography brand and exciting product launch campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create technically accurate, photography-focused B2C content to deadline and style.
* Add digital content to client websites and publish using a CMS.
* Liaise with project stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, and other collaborators.
* Contribute ideas at regular brainstorming and planning sessions.
* Stay up to date with developments in the photography market.
* Occasionally work on other projects if/when required.
Key Skills:
* Previous experience with writing marketing content – in-house or agency
* A can-do attitude and passion for what you do
* Experience with Word, WordPress, Photoshop and InDesign (Desired)
* Knowledge and interest in photography (Desired)
* Any portfolios and examples of previous work would be advantageous.
Salary/Benefits:
+ The salary for this role is 30k – 35k.
+ This position is hybrid – 3 days on site a week.
