Senior Architect
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £55000 – £62000/annum
Our client is a highly successful architecture practice that work with well-known Blue-Chip clients including Amazon, John Lewis and Rolls-Royce. They are looking for a Senior Architect with Revit experience to run projects based in the UK.
This company is based in west London, and covers industrial, shell and core, retail, some offices and a few design-led commercial projects.
Almost all projects are worked on from concept to site and hand over! Therefore, this role will allow you to run a project from start to finish, completing the technical drawings, as well as communicating with clients, and coordinating with contractors until project completion. You are given responsibility and autonomy, working alongside other experienced Architects.
As a Senior Architect you need:
Qualified, ARB registered with 5-8 years' experience in a commercial practice
proven experience delivering projects in a design and build contract, or steel-framed buildings
Experience in job running and site experience
Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit / AutoCAD
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
This is a full-time office-based role. Salary offering is highly competitive above market average.
