BIM Coordinator
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £45000 – £55000/annum
My client is a multi-award winning design-led architecture practice. They are looking for a BIM Coordinator to join their team in London.
This AJ100 firm are a team of just over 100. They are big enough to tackle large-scale complex projects, yet small enough to remain a close-knit, dynamic and friendly team.
Your role will be to provide support to the architecture teams across the Practice on various projects at different work stages. You will be a vital member of the organisation, and therefore must have the following experience:
At least 5 years of Revit modelling experience with the ability to model and work with complex Revit families
Experience working on large-scale, complex projects
Competent in Navisworks and clash detection process
Experience of delivering BIM/ISO19650 compliant projects is highly desirable, as well as 3D modelling tools Sketchup/3ds Max, and rendering engines such as Enscape and Vray.This is a full-time, permanent position, with 1 day work from home offered
