Our high profile client in the automotive industry is currently looking to recruit a Creatives Designer to work at their busy site in Gaydon. This role will be onsite and working from home.
Position Description:
The Opportunity The Business Strategy & Sustainability Chapter intends to bring positive, divergent thought leadership and support to our wider business through strategic partnerships, unlocking our Tata Eco-System and projects that highlight our drive for a more sustainable and responsible future as a business.
S&S focus on innovation for the wider business as the Client journey towards circular economies and support science based targets.
This role requires a passion for refined creative visual storytelling mainly digitally through multi discipline communication and cross functional collaboration.
The Visual Communications role will lead all visual communications within the S&S first line office to be appropriate for multiple audiences.
Responsible for both creatively delivering original graphical content to deliver all communication assets as required both digitally and physically (where required) for all aspects of assigned S&S key projects/communications both internally and externally to Board and Senior business stakeholders.
Passionate to drive change through delivering a divergent graphical approach to support S&S business ventures into Sustainable Modern Luxury through the use of creative, consistent visual communication will be key to the success of this role.
Working collaboratively with the wider S&S Chapter as well as supporting 1:1 with the Executive Director’s, Business Manager and other Directors in the S&S first line.
Cross functional collaboration at all levels will be required and navigation of this wide range of stakeholders internal and external will be key to success in role.
This role will sit within the S&S Incubator to partner with the Lead Visual Communications colleague with content leading coming from the Executive Directors Business Manager and other relevant first line directors.
Skills Required:
Advanced experience of Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office software.
Proven strong creative and presentation skills.
Ability to reference relevant digital platforms, luxury brands and emerging technologies appropriately for visual communication research purposes.
Strong knowledge and experience of the visual communication landscape in relation to product, brand and consumer awareness beyond automotive – analogous industry experience
Ability to create glanceable high level business information/graphics for Board presentations. (Internal and external)
Skills Preferred:
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities, creatively deliver a clear and visually consistent approach for all visual communication for both internal and external for multiple audiences.
Deliver the visual communication of multiple projects at all stages simultaneously through the creation of digital assets that visually (multi-media) communicate the speculative technologies, business strategies and future scenarios for business wide consideration Collaborate within the wider S&S Chapter leads as well as other relevant cross functional departments in the business (internal and external) to create compelling visual communication projects that deliver new insights and experiences that all ultimately under pin the Re-Imagine strategy of Sustainable Modern Luxury Partner with known and new companies/ areas to access tools and expertise to deliver project content (Design for visualisation tools as one example)
Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested.
Experience Required:
Essential:
Advanced experience of Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office software.
Proven strong creative and presentation skills.
Ability to reference relevant digital platforms, luxury brands and emerging technologies appropriately for visual communication research purposes.
Experienced in creatively delivering from conception to delivery of multiple multidiscipline visual communication projects.
Strong knowledge and experience of the visual communication landscape in relation to product, brand and consumer awareness beyond automotive.
Good communication skills, experience in collaborating cross functionally to deliver projects on time
Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience in working in both physical and digital outputs.
Agile and Flexible working style.
Travel required to support S&S projects.

INSIDE IR35
40 hours per week
12 months rolling contract with the view to extend
Up to £44.20p/h umbrella co rate (depending on experience), PAYE option is available
Onsite and working from home
