We are looking for a strong communicator, with excellent organisational skills and a confident, proactive personality to work to demanding timescales and complete presentations as a Bid Coordinator within this outstanding, well-known design firm in the City.

Job Title: Temporary Bid Coordinator

Salary: £14-16 per hour

Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm

Are you a confident and proactive worker with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders well? Do you have proficient skills using Office 365 Packages and InDesign to complete presentations? The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role, and understand the importance of being professional to co-operate with all other members of staff, following the correct rules and codes of conduct expected by the company.

Duties:

Support the management and completion of all pre-qualification enquiries
Support the management of pre-construction soft/hard copy folders
Upkeep the pre-qualification library
Assist with all incoming/outgoing pre-qualification correspondence
Assist with any pre-construction documents that need updating
Ad-hoc team document printing
Reception cover when required, answering calls and taking messages for the team
Setting up files for new tenders/pre-qualification documents
General data input using a variety of software packages, predominately InDesign but also Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel etc
Assisting the pre-construction team as required
Assist with the timely planning, management and completion of quality submissions
Read, understand and extract the key bid requirements from the documentation received and communicate requirements with all relevant partiesBenefits:
