SR2 are partnering with a innovative design agency who work with enterprise-sized clients, from Meta through to Uber.

As Creative Director:

Your role involves guiding and leading creative projects for clients.
You'll provide strategic direction and work with different teams to ensure project success. You'll turn complex requirements into simple and thoughtful solutions.
As a skilled designer, you'll work on various digital projects for clients of all sizes. You'll also write and present proposals using the power of storytelling. Your track record includes developing creative strategies that achieve client objectives.
You'll inspire and mentor colleagues, manage their careers, and help new employees settle in. Building strong relationships with clients and contributing to business growth are important aspects of your role.
You'll lead new business pitches and promote a proactive and resourceful culture while maintaining a constructive work environment.

Track record of growing design teams successfullyThis role has full time and part time capability, with offices in London hybrid is preferred however remote is an option. This role is highly likely to extend to 6 months+.
