Staff Discount AS THE GARMENT TECHNOLOGIST:
Work with your wider product team on a daily basis
Ensure that styles are going through the fit process in timely manner i.e all first stage, 2nd fit and final fit (gold seal)
Communicate with the supplier in line with the critical path at all times
Regularly review the supply base and their capabilities
Identify the need for new suppliers & support the business with sourcing and on boarding new partners
Highlight all sample issues throughout the sealing process to the wider team
Any sample, fabric or trim concerns from a legal. compliance or ethical point of view should be being highlighted to the sourcing team to protect both the brand and supplier
You will be able to address all concerns with your suppliers in a clear, concise and polite manner at all times
Own all fit processes from grading, workbook management & supplier communication
Ability to request fair cost price reductions
Ability to set up standardised blocks for best sellers allowing the department to trade quickly
Create new specs for initial samples, working closely with your wider team to bring newness into the business
Provide return rate reports in Monday trade, sign offs and lesson learnt meetings
Manage test reports, quality checks, care labels and supplier manuals
Request AQL reports from your suppliers and manage the production seal processBBBH27790
