What You'll Do:
* Collaborate with the creative team to develop captivating visual concepts and designs for a variety of projects.
* Create visually engaging marketing materials, including digital and print advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, and more.
* Take ownership of the entire design process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand identity and consistent visual communication.
What You'll Bring:
* A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, along with at least one years of post-grad experience.
* A strong portfolio showcasing your creative talent and versatility across various design mediums.
* Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).
* Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
* Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present your ideas.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
