Job Description:
Our well established client is seeking an experienced Creative Lead to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will work closely with the creative directors to create early visual concepts as well as demonstrate high levels of visual crafting.
Key responsibilities:
* Self-starting concepts on early visual content tasks
* Planning, sketching, mapping out the response to the tasks at hand
* Conceptual ideation, including through digital channels and mediums
* Guiding the messaging & words
* Presentation Deck crafting & storytelling
* Art directing photography & filming
* Guardianship of brand integrity and consistency
* Manage Performance Reviews and Check-ins
Key skills and experience:
* Graphic comms through top-notch Mac & Adobe CS experience
* Retail environment design where applicable
* Getting under the skin of a brief, and providing clarity and vision
* Wordsmithing, visual crafting, story telling
* Directing Consumer based Social, DCO, DOOH and Web App consumer experiences
* Managing expectations across multiple stake holders
* People management
* Slick hand-drawn digitised concept visuals
* 3D / Motion / Presentation software
