They are now seeking a talented Senior Architectural Technician with retail fit out experience to join their dynamic team.
As a Senior Architectural Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality design projects to their prestigious retail clients across the UK. Your expertise in retail fit outs will be crucial in creating innovative and efficient solutions that not only meet clients requirements but also exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architectural design and technical aspects of retail fit-out projects from concept to completion.
Collaborate closely with the Architecture and Interior Design teams to ensure seamless integration of designs.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct site visits and surveys, ensuring accurate measurements and promoting adherence to technical specifications.
Provide guidance and mentorship to more junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.Requirements:
Extensive experience as a Senior Architectural Technician, ideally within the retail fit out sector.
Proficient knowledge of design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit (desirable).
Excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of building regulations and construction methods.
High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality technical drawings and specifications.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.As a Senior Architectural Technician, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented and passionate team of professionals who are dedicated to achieving excellence in every project. You will be working with notable Retail & Hospitality clients throughout the UK, with the possibility of also branching out to projects internationally.
The successful Senior Architectural Technician will be offered a salary in the region of £35,000-£40,000 per annum, although this can be negotiable dependent on experience.
