Architectural Technologist
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £22000 – £30000/annum
Conrad Consulting in partnership with a small Architectural practice near Sandbach, Cheshire require the additional resources of an Architectural Technician or Technologist to join an experienced design team within our clients traditional design studio.
With over 35 years experience as an innovative, design-lead practice, we are presenting somewhat of a rare opportunity; to develop your experience as a junior or intermediate Technologist with the support of a very talented and experienced design team. All the while you will gain exposure to some very interesting Architectural projects, typically these will be within the Residential sector (Private Dwellings, extensions, new-builds, refurbishments, etc).
With a history of providing commercially astute, bespoke architecture to a varied and reliable workload, this position will allow you to hit the ground running on projects tailored specifically to meet the demands of their individual clients
Specific criteria are as follows:
Minimum 6 months practical Industry experience.
understanding of AutoCAD & REVIT Software.
Residential project experience would be beneficial.
Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
Excellent verbal and Written communication skills are essential.
A competitive salary is on offer for the successful candidate at circa £22,000-£30,000 (negotiable dependent on experience).
