Architectural Technician (AutoCAD)

Architectural Technician required to join a busy design studio in Warrington. Initially the workload will be within the Residential and Hospitality sectors including a range of domestic-type schemes and various bar/restaurant and entertainment venues; both new-build and refurbishment.
We are looking for an experienced individual. Someone that doesn't need much support and can take a lead role on a wide range of project types. Typically they will be Residential projects including some medium/low-rise housing, conversions and some listed buildings. There are also various Hospitality schemes in the pipeline including some bars, restaurants and larger entertainment venues. Again, these are often with some consideration of conservation areas or listed buildings.
Within a few months there will be the opportunity to further expand the Architectural offering of this studio, possibly with the hiring of additional staff at Junior and Senior levels to work with/alongside you.
We are looking to hear from Architectural Technicians with a minimum of 2 years practical experience and a good understanding of construction and the more technical aspects of an Architectural role.
AutoCAD & Sketchup experience is required, alongside an exceptional attention to detail.
