Recently Qualified Architect required to join a large Multi-Disciplinary Architectural & Engineering Consultancy based in Sheffield to support the design and delivery of a large-scale multi-story residential scheme.
Our client established over 150 years ago now employ over 80 highly skilled and career motivated staff who all contribute to the delivery of a multitude of design led Commissions predominantly across their core markets which are Retail, Commercial Workplace, Mixed Use Residential and Living Sector Projects.
Located in a recently modernised contemporary studio in Sheffield, our client operates nationally and have garnered a reputation for delivering an extensive range of Architectural and Engineering solutions in varying levels of values and complexity.
They've shown measured growth across all sectors in recent years and as such are in an excellent position to continue their work in the years to come. It is within their Residential team now, where the main focus lies as they look to bolster and strengthen their team as they embark and designing and technical delivery of various large scale student residential projects.
They are looking for an up and coming ambitious recently qualified Architect ideally with a couple of years' experience (although this is open to a degree of flexibility) who is keen to develop into a Project Architect role in the not too distant future, an effective communicator and someone with a keen eye for contemporary design.
A recently qualified Architect who has gained experience of using REVIT software in a live project environment and all round good technical knowledge would be highly desirable.

* ARB/RIBA Project Architect from an Architectural Practice background with 1-2 years post qualification experience as a minimum.
* Track record of completed projects within the living sector, ideally of a high rise nature.
* Excellent communication skills: Written & Verbal.
* Ambitious to develop into a Project Architect role and keen to run your own projects.
* REVIT & AutoCAD fluency.
* Good understanding of UK Building & Planning Regulations
On offer is a starting salary depending on experience from £33,000 – £35,000 per annum alongside one of Sheffield's most detailed and employee-focused benefits packages available.
