The company
A UK leading supplier of high-quality stainless steel and aluminum equipment, based in Staffordshire operating in their 75,000 square foot facility, with over 30 years in operation, and over 500 employees looking to add to their already astounding design team here in the UK.
The role
A Design Engineer is now required to join the team in Burntwood, Day shift 8.00 am -4.00pm (Monday-Friday)
You will take responsibility for:
2D & 3D Designing on SolidWorks software
Liaising with customers daily.
Design of "Off-the-shelf products as well as bespoke fabrications.
Working to schedules whilst following company standards.
What you need
It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:
Proficient with Engineering design programs: 3D & 2D Modelling (Solidworks).
Previous worked with all metal material Ideally Stainless Steel and Aluminium.
5+ Years experience in a similar role.
Must have right to work in the UK.
Other DESIRABLE skills include:
Experience within the food, beverage, pharmaceutical and other hygiene conscious industries.
