Join this balanced and experienced team and have access to projects that fall into the Residential, Film & Media, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Industrial, Sport, Leisure, Workplace and Retail sectors.
In this role, you will manage, submit and negotiate planning applications, appeals and representations through all relevant stages. You will prepare planning statements/representations reports and associated appraisals and advice documents. A key part of the role will be communicating advice and ideas clearly and succinctly in both written and verbal form.
The ideal candidate will hold a planning degree(s) and hold MRTPI status. You should have experience at Senior Town Planner level, and ideally, have private sector experience. You will have a proven track record of working on sizeable projects, experience in project managing and should be confident in verbal and written communication.
In return, you will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package that is negotiable dependent on your experience. The company offers hybrid working and the expectation is to have 2 home working day and 3 office working days. Candidates seeking part-time hours are also welcome to apply.
