Their clientele spans independent cafes, trusted blue-chip corporations, and major high street brands. Their collaborative approach permeates every project, ensuring comprehensive involvement from all departments right from the project's inception.

Are you passionate about crafting captivating, groundbreaking, and versatile food and beverage facilities, regardless of project scale or market sector? Our client seeks to expand their design team by bringing in a proactive and independent Design Office Manager, dedicated to supporting the Creative Director. This role requires a strong command of AutoCAD, coupled with a proven track record in commercial catering design, as they pursue growth and innovation in their field.

Responsibilities, but are not limited to

Manage day-to-day operations in the design team
Coordinate projects and assign tasks to team members
Review plans and technical details for team improvement
Create 2D designs using AutoCad and Revit
Lead 3D visualizations with Autodesk 3DS Max
Liaise with clients, architects, suppliers, and internal departments
Prepare proposals, mood boards, and do occasional site visits
Experiences required

Strong AutoCad, 3DS Max and Photoshop skills
Mid-level to senior design experience in hospitality, restaurant, or retail
In-depth knowledge of commercial kitchen and restaurant design
Capability to produce fully detailed M&E service drawings
Knowledge of general architecture building layouts
Excellent communication skills
Additional Information

Desirable experience in CRM Systems, REVIT Knowledge, Common Data Environments (CDE)
