Graphic Designer (Construction)
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £40000/annum
This company are a well-established and progressive design and build company with a strong pipeline of projects. They pride themselves on delivering a diverse range of projects from concept to completion.
You will own the design of both print and digital collateral that support the company’s identity and workplace designs. The team are forward thinking and extremely dynamic and will be working alongside some very talented and quality people.
As a Graphic Designer you will work with the design team and collaborate directly with the business development team, project directors and designers.
Working with the Project Teams:
The design and production of brochures for RFP responses and credentials documents
Print and digital presentations for client meetings and pitches, including simple videos where required
Graphic work for existing clients – documents can be anything from printed welcome booklets to large format posters/vinyl
Design of manifestation and super graphics as needed
Occasional signage, icon designs
General Company Support:
Production of office collateral and digital presentations
Development of infographics and maps
Design of hoarding for construction sites
Other ad hoc design requirements (adverts, manuals, presentations, invitations, photo manipulation, etc) You will be liaising and coordinating with external print vendors, as well as assist with in-house printing/binding deadlines.
Skills required:
A relevant degree/qualification
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator – familiarity with other relevant packages would be a bonus! (e.g. After Effects, XD)
High level of creativity
Ability to think outside the box and push boundaries
Absolute commitment to quality and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Manage your workload, peoples expectations and prioritise deadlines
Confidence to work both independently and collaboratively withbin a team
Excellent communication
