My client supply litho and digital print services to a wide and diverse customer base. In more recent years they have also offered a large format supply including Graphics, Display work, Exhibitions and POS.
Main Responsibilities:
1. In conjunction with others produce and check sheets job sheets from estimates and forward to production manager for processing. This will include checking job details are correct including purchase orders from customers, artwork details are attached to job files created and any supporting information is provided
2. Produce quotations for sales team from information supplied by customer. This will include liaison with customers over phone and email to ensure all information required to produce quotation, liaison with sales team to present to customer including follow up of estimate sent
3. In conjunction with others create new and manage existing DSF ordering sites for existing or new customers. This will include processing orders received through DSF to production team, manage any queries over phone or email and support team in developing new opportunities
4. Provide administration support for sales team including managing proof of deliveries, managing jobs completed ready for invoicing, scanning documents, filing and any other support as required by the sales team
5. In conjunction with others manage incoming telephone calls for the business ensuring these calls are managed efficiently and passed through to correct member of staff within business
Experience
* Knowledge and use of office windows including word, email & excel
* Good communication skills
* Working within a team
* Accurate with good attention to detail
* Experience within the Litho / Digital / Large format Print industry is essential
