Location: Hybrid role combining working from home, attending meetings and time in the office.
Introduction: My client are recruiting an account manager due to a growing client base – this person will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts as well as generating new business opportunities.
The Role:
They are looking for an experienced account manager to join the team to look after some of their largest customers This individual will need to take on the challenge of customer servicing and growing existing accounts, as well as generating new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales and revenue targets set by the business in areas of designated responsibility.
* Manage and grow existing accounts and new opportunities via outstanding customer service and cross/upselling skills via:
* Understanding and interpreting customer enquiries, provide guidance and expertise
* Preparation of quotations/bids at appropriate margins for the business.
* Responding to all enquiries quickly and professionally
* Follow up all quotations in agreed timescales
* Improve quotation conversion rates, both by number and revenue
* Manage all activity on the business CRM system
