Senior Architectural Technician/ Technologist

Salary : £45000 – £60000/annum
Anderselite are currently working with a multi-disciplinary design company comprising of architects, landscape architects, civil and structural engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers, interior designers, urban designers, masterplanners and project managers working at the forefront of BIM.
They are looking for an experienced, exceptional Architectural Technologist to join our collaborative team who designs creative and innovative solutions balanced with a strong technical ability.
The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, able to work on their own initiative and a team player. An outstanding communicator, with excellent attention to detail and technical knowledge, and a commitment to quality to proactively focus on delivering the best solutions for our clients on time and budget.
You should be: able to manage a project team with demonstrable leadership and a commitment to the development of others, an excellent project manager and ideally a member of Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT). Thorough first-hand knowledge of the implementation of the Building Regulations, 3D modelling, specification and report writing is also essential.
You will be required to provide: design proposals, technical solutions/specifications, professional expertise and support, working in direct collaboration with the project design teams to competently implement the requirements of individual project briefs. You will also need to successfully perform the role of Design Team Leader (DTL), where allocated this responsibility.
Proficiency in ICT is a must including: Microsoft Office suite, CAD software such as Revit, AutoCad, Vectorworks etc. NBS specification writing software, sketch-up, and ideally the Adobe suite of products.
