Pixel is a leading new build property marketing company that develops online systems using interactive 3D content to help new build home buyers understand the properties before they are built.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced 3D Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and coordinating the production of 3D assets for architectural projects.

3D Production Manager Responsibilities:

Coordinate the production of 3D assets for Pixel's online systems, including HomeSelector and OptionsSelector.

Liaise with clients and external architects/design teams to source information required for 3D assets.

Analyse and decipher client drawings/information in order to effectively scope out and brief the modelling teams on outputs required for each project.

Oversee the work of modelling teams with key input and guidance to deliver projects timely and efficiently.

Maintain high standards of quality control for all 3D assets.

Track project resources and report on progress.

Ensure client feedback is understood and accurately conveyed to relevant modelling teams.

3D Production Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering would be desirable but not essential.

3+ years of experience in 3D production for architectural projects.

Ability to work with AutoCAD drawings.

Strong understanding of 3D modelling software, such as UnReal. Blender and 3ds Max.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

3D Production Manager additional skills and experience that would be highly advantageous:

Experience using project management software, such as (url removed).

Experience with virtual reality (VR) and/or augmented reality (AR) technologies.

Experience in the new build property marketing industry.
