My client is a digital agency, based in Sheffield. This is an amazing opportunity to join a vibrant and knowledgeable team working with a range of impressive range of clients!
The ideal candidate possesses a passion for design, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to turn concepts into visually appealing designs. You will work closely with their Senior Graphic Designer and other team members to create various design assets that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
This role requires you to work from the Sheffield-based office. This means you will need to live and have the right to work in the UK.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite or Figma
Around 1 year of experience in graphic design.
A good understanding of branding.
A good understanding of User Experience and User-Centric Design.
Strong typography, layout and composition skills.Responsbilities:
Collaborate with the design team to develop creative solutions for a wide range of projects, including print and digital materials such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, web banners, and more.
Assist in the creation and execution of visually compelling design concepts that effectively communicate the company's message and enhance its brand image.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and creative insights to support project development and marketing strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and software to continuously improve your skills and bring innovative design solutions to the team.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design assets while meeting deadlines.Requirements:
A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity across various mediums.
Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present and discuss design concepts.
