UX/UI Designer

Salary : £37000 – £47000/annum
A creative and digital organisation is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to drive progress within their digital division. You'll get to collaborate with diverse clients from various industries, making a significant impact on advancing digital services alongside an enthusiastic team.
Summary:
Engage in a variety of digital UX/UI projects across stages and skill sets. As a UX/UI designer, you'll conduct research to enhance user experiences and develop innovative design solutions to address client challenges. You'll help to support and lead UX research phases, workshops, stakeholder meetings, and user journey mapping, alongside contributing to creative web design, to help support and solve challenges.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with account managers to understand client goals
– Manage digital projects and support internal stakeholders
– Lead UX-focused workshops with stakeholders
– Communicate UX insights effectively
– Drive digital projects with modern tools
– Deliver UI design and creative assets
– Optimize designs for development and collaborate with the development team
Qualifications:
– You'll have an impressive UI design portfolio to showcase and a foundational UX understanding, if you have experience in UI/UX then that's even better, however, my client is happy to see UI Designers looking to develop their skills in UX
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, XD & Figma
– Digital project management knowledge
– Understanding of development processes
– Attention to detail and testing experience
