Job Title: UX Digital Designer
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE
The UX Digital Designer will be responsible for creating user-centric designs, ensuring positive user experiences when interacting with the agency's clients.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of user experience design principles in an agency environment, and the ability to develop and implement creative solutions to complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Creative Team to develop user-centric designs for the agency's clients
* Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
* Use qualitative and quantitative data to create user experiences that meet the agency's clients' needs
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for UX design
* Collaborate with other designers, developers, copywriters, and stakeholders to create intuitive, user-friendly designs
* Ensure designs are consistent with the agency's standards
Technical Skills:
* Experience in a marketing agency
* Expertise in user experience design principles and practices
* Excellent knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Invision, and Adobe XD
* Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Knowledge of user research and testing techniques
